This policy explains what personal data we collect on keydecks.com, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

What we collect and why
| Project brief form | Name, email, company, project details, budget range, deadline and any file you upload. Used to prepare a quote and reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). |
| Free template sign-up | Email address. Used to send you the template and occasional updates about new templates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. |

| Website analytics | Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device, referrer) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). |
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded forms may use strictly necessary technical storage to work correctly. If we add analytics or advertising tools that use cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the website and process requests. They act as data processors under data processing agreements:
- Tally (Belgium, EU) — forms and form submissions.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, email routing and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Google (Gmail) — email inbox.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep data
Briefs and emails from people who do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client project data is kept for the duration of the project and as long as required by Spanish tax and accounting law. Sign-up emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Confidentiality
Decks and materials you share with us are treated as confidential and used only to prepare your quote and project. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share details.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
